Bayley is the Founder, CEO, and Director of Marketing & Consulting for Ardor Consulting. Born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Bayley now resides in South Florida. She brings more than nine years of experience and has assisted in the marketing planning for more than 50 companies. Her resume also includes International Projects in European Market Communications. Bayley has a Bachelors and Associates Degree in Marketing from Johnson & Wales University.
Bayley thrives on listening to her client’s needs, understanding their struggles, and creating a unique plan that will achieve great results. Her personal approach has resulted in building lasting relationships with clients, so that will create a bond for working together for years to come.

Pamela Gonzalez is the Creative Director for Ardor Consulting. Pamela is extremely talented in managing projects and delivering creative, innovative ways of marketing and design.
Pamela brings an array of talent including branding, social media management, website design, and graphic design. She is fluent in English and Spanish and has developed an International network in Miami, so that Ardor can service companies in Latin America. Pamela is passionate about everything innovative.
Steven Jean-Rene is the Director of Operations for Ardor Consulting. Steven was raised Connecticut but has enjoyed calling Miami his home for the past 12 years. Steven has a Bachelors and Associates Degree in Sports, Entertainment and Event Management from Johnson & WalesUniversity.
Steven is a team leader and enjoys motivating, teaching, and organizing. His attention to detail and patience helps everyone he works with. Steven brings over 15 years of management and leadership experience to Ardor and is always looking for ways to help the team.
Farrah Estrella is the Social Media Coordinator for Ardor Consulting. Farrah helps implement and maintain online marketing campaigns through social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Linkedin.
Farrah is fluent in English and Spanish and has worked in all areas of Marketing including blogging and events. Farrah has always been passionate about leveraging social media to increase customer engagement and ultimately increase revenue for her clients. She is always encouraging to our team and making sure our clients are satisfied.
