She brings more than nine years of experience and has assisted in the marketing planning for more than 50 companies. Her resume also includes International Projects in European Market Communications. Bayley has a Bachelors and Associates Degree in Marketing from Johnson & Wales University.

Pamela Gonzalez is the Creative Director for Ardor Consulting. Pamela is extremely talented in managing projects and delivering creative, innovative ways of marketing and design.

She is fluent in English and Spanish and has developed an International network in Miami, so that Ardor can service companies in Latin America. Pamela is passionate about everything innovative.
Mario Gutierrez is the Project Manager for Ardor Consulting. Mario was born and raised in Miami and is fluent in English and Spanish. Mario has over 15 years of experience in management, sales, and marketing. Mario's skills include website design, graphic design, and social media management. Mario enjoys motivating others while leading projects to deliver superior results.

Farrah Estrella is the Social Media Coordinator for Ardor Consulting. Farrah helps implement and maintain online marketing campaigns through social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Linkedin.
Farrah is fluent in English and Spanish and has worked in all areas of Marketing including blogging and events. Farrah has always been passionate about leveraging social media to increase customer engagement and ultimately increase revenue for her clients. Lucy was born and raised in Los Angeles and has a Bachelors Degree in Travel, Tourism & Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University. Lucy has over 7 years of a well rounded experience with a main component of her career in Sales, Marketing & Events in boutique hotels along Miami Beach managing websites, social media platforms, establishing branding and image for the hotel and creating and executing events.
Lucy is fluent in English and Spanish and works hard to manage online presence, produce content, brainstorm ideas, and build exposure for our clients. Essentially, She gets the word out by using Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, Blogs, YouTube, and any other online median that may benefit clients!
